Yes. Every product is made to be functional straight out of the box—no assembly needed.

What materials do you use?
We use weather-resistant canvas, PU-coated YKK zippers, reinforced stitching, and Woojin hardware, which are chosen for strength, performance, and long-term use.


Are your bags waterproof?
They’re weather-resistant, built to handle daily exposure to dust, light rain, and field conditions.


Where is SAKK gear made?
Designed in-house in Australia & manufactured through our trusted partners across Asia. Every product is uniquely designed & individually built with quality as our main focus and QC-checked before shipping.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes—we ship to nearly every country world wide using our numerous warehouse locations in the USA, UK, Australia, Dubai and Asia.

Our fulfillment model ensures your order is routed from the nearest warehouse to speed up delivery, if at the time of your order our closest warehouse to you is out of stock, we will not delay your shipment. We will ship from our nearest in stock location to you at no extra fee.

Is shipping free?
Yes. We currently offer free international shipping on all orders to most countries. Everyone loves free shipping!!

How long does delivery take?
We strive to have all orders shipped the same day or within 24 hours of your order.
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location, see below:

USA: 
Urban & metro areas: 3–5 days
Non-metro or provincial zones: Allow 2 extra buffer days.

UK: 
Express: 1-1.5 days 
Normal: 1.5-3 days

AUS & NZ: 
Express: 1-2 days 
Normal: 2-5 days

Europe: (DE,FR,CH,ES,NL & rest of EU)
Normal: 5-10 days (DDP)

Canada:
Normal: 5-7 days

Asia (JP,SK,SG,HK & rest of Asia)
Normal: 3-6 days

Rest of World: 
Normal: 5-10 days

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Some countries may charge local duties or VAT. If required, your local courier will notify you.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes— if your order has not yet been shipped we can amend the shipping address for you, as long as you , email us within 10 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes aren't possible. Though, we will try our utmost best to communicate with the carrier. 

Do you offer express shipping?
All orders use priority tracked shipping by default. No additional payment required. 

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay, along with other secure regional options available at checkout.

What if I forgot to apply my discount code?
Discounts are automatically applied on checkout. Once your order is placed, we can’t retroactively apply codes.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
If no email is provided at checkout with your order, you will not receive our automated tracking & order updates. If an email was provided, please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us with your name and order details, and we can manually send the confirmation order.

Return and Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 21 days from delivery to request a return.

What are the return conditions?
Items must be:

  • Unused
  • With original tags
  • In the original packaging

How do I request a return?
Start by emailing us directly at info@sakk.com.au providing order number & a photo of your order. All returns are subject to approval after checking the item’s condition. 

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. It is best to return your original item and place a new order.

Pay Later with Klarna & After Pay

Do you offer flexible payment options?
Yes. We’ve partnered with Klarna & Afterpay to let you shop now and split your payment. 

How does Klarna & After Pay work?
Choose Klarna at checkout to pay in interest-free installments. Klarna will guide you through the rest.

Are Klarna & After Shop available in my country?
Klarna availability depends on your region. If you see it during checkout, it's supported. If not, you can use any credit cards.
